Rab Kinetic 2.0 waterproof trousers

The Kinetic 2.0 trousers are perfect for changing conditions where occasional showers and challenging activities are the order of the day.

The trousers are made from three-layer Proflex™ fabric. This is made up of two fabrics with a PU membrane in between. They are a nylon woven material and a soft, fast moisture wicking inner.

The fabrics are very flexible and breathable. Yet they are 100% windproof and waterproof. The cut is slim, sporty. Ideal for cross-country skiing, running, etc. There are zippers at the bottom of the legs to widen the legs - suitable for high boots. The waist is elasticated, you can tighten it with an elastic band. Plus, it uses secure silicone hems on the back and ankles so the pants don't ride up when you run.

With a waterproof rating of 20,000 mm water column and breathability of up to 20,000 g MVTR , the Kinetic 2.0 pants combine the protection of a hardshell with the comfort of a softshell to provide excellent practicality all day long.

Proflex™ fabric

Feels like a softshell, protects like a hardshell. Proflex™ is Rab's proprietary waterproof membrane. It offers excellent comfort in high intensity and wild weather conditions. Proflex™ PU membrane has been developed to offer flexibility and exceptional breathability, and has a natural elasticity.

It works in harmony with recycled knits or woven fabrics to maintain this flexibility and achieve a lightweight, soft and flexible three-layer waterproof fabric. The inner fabrics of Proflex™ laminates have excellent wicking properties. They work in conjunction with the hydrophilic membrane to speed up the process of moving moisture away from the body and out through a coherent system. DWR treatment on the face fabric keeps the membrane in the best possible condition.
