The Firewall Light Jacket is made from durable three-layer Proflex™ fabric that resists abrasion from pack straps while being lightweight, flexible and quiet to wear. The fabric is also comfortable on the bare body, so you'll be sure to use the jacket even in the summer when you're wearing just a short-sleeved shirt. It's also easy to layer on cooler days.

Thanks to its economical construction, the jacket has just the features you need to stay dry and protected, such as a hood with a reinforced hood against drafts and rain. The hood's one-handed drawcord combines crown and face adjustments to achieve a snug fit in wild weather. Extended sleeve cuffs with drawcord will protect your hands from cold winds, while the reversible hem adjustment seals the jacket from underneath as well.

Access to the two zippered pockets is easy even when wearing a backpack thanks to their convenient placement. Anatomically cut sleeves give you the maximum range of motion you need to tackle steep climbs.
