The shoes are designed for fast movement in the mountains, hills, ferrata crossings and rugged terrain. 

Waterproofing is taken care of by the Gore-TEX Performance Comfort membrane, The upper has a cross-ribbed structure protected by a layer of 3D printing. The Vibram Traction LUG outsole with Megagrip grips great on wet terrain and its medium stiffness is just right.

The EVA midsole is very comfortable even after many kilometres and, together with the patented Aku Elica Natural Stride system, ideally distributes the body weight when pedalling. Inside, then, is a partially recycled Ortholite Hybrid insole.

The shoe is laced with two laces - the Dual Fit System (DFS) allows for a completely comfortable tightening of the shoe. For example, uphill you loosen the lace around the instep, while on technical terrain or when walking downhill you tighten it, etc.

Virtually all the materials used have the highest percentage of recycled components available.
