Modified version of the tent Pinguin Arris for particularly difficult weather conditions has a rod structure made of DAC Featherlite NSL 7001 T6 duralloy.

The ultra-lightweight Nylon ripstop fabric on the tropic with UV protection saves weight.

Ideal for anyone looking for a spacious enough self-supporting tent with minimal weight and ease of erection. The tent is double-skinned and consists of an inner tent and an outer shell - the tropic. The outer and inner tent is trapezoidal in shape, the entrance to the bedroom and tent is from the front side, where the outer tent forms an apse, suitable for storing luggage or cooking.

As far as the tent construction is concerned, the inner tent is hung with hooks on a duralumin structure. We pull the tropico over the structure, then attach the Velcro on the underside of the tropico to the poles. Fasten the buckles, then turn off the tent. Anchor the tent with pegs and lines.

Ventilation is located above the tent entrance and at the foot area. The ventilation windows are shaped so that they are not tilted by the wind. This prevents leakage even in rain with strong winds.

This tent is very popular with bikers, cyclists and minimalists due to its collapsibility.

NSL Featherlite rods feature high precision manufacturing, the use of high quality 7001 T6 aluminum and ingeniously designed construction.

Each segment has two different diameters for optimum strength. Each segment is widened at the ends where the segments join, and tapered in the middle. The advantage of this solution is the weight saving and the fact that the segments and the connecting insert have the same diameter increases the overall stiffness and strength of the members.
