The Fuchs low-cost electric shoe dryersuse a very economical way of drying shoes.ÂDrying is done by a combination of heatfrom the PTC body and airfrom the fan. This method is economical and suitable not only for ski boots, but also for high hiking boots, work boots or high leather boots. The average temperature does not exceed 40°C.

How does the ZeroWatt Fuchs dryer work?

1. When plugged into an electrical outlet, a fan inside the dryer is triggered to draw air into all the thorns.
2. The shoe slides onto the mandrel, which folds slightly under the weight of the shoe. The folding activates the PTC body, which begins to play
3. The incoming air is heated by the body and dries the shoe.

Intelligent and simple operation

Each mandrel contains one separate PTC body. Without clamping, the body does not switch on and so the unloaded mandrelsvirtually do not consume any electricity.Â

How long does it take for the shoes to dry? Wet skis take approximately 2 hours to dry. This system is very practical, efficient and above all economically sound.

Minimum consumption

Each dryer has a fan at the top which has an output of 12 watts per hour. The fan starts as soon as you plug the dryer into an electrical network.Â

Each mandrel has a PTC sensorwith a power of 6 watts/hour. As soon as the mandrel shuts down, the heating of the mandrel in question is switched on.

Consumption example:

TheFuchs Home 3Â dryerhas a total of 6 mandrels. If all the spikes are loaded (occupied), the electricity consumption is therefore 6 x 6 +12 = 48 watts per hour. The consumption is therefore approximately that of one light bulb.

Practically:

Even if you leave a fully loaded dryer on all night, its operation will not eat up your wallet. You'll feel all the better when you slip into the winged skis early.Â

Do you need more drying capacity? The Zerowatt Fuchs dryers are modular, making it easy to plug more dryers into the range. The power supply is connected to the wall with a single cable.

The only limitation is due to the size of your space.

In the case of delivery of two or more dryers, we deliver them unassembled, because the assembly must be carried out on site.

First, the steel base plates are mounted on the wall, on which the individual parts of the dryer are screwed. These are connected by means of prefabricated plastic clamps which conduct the electricity.

Anassembly sheetis included in the delivery and the assembly can be carried out by a layman. It can be said that it is a glass for adults :). Still, if you want to order the assembly, we can price it for you.

Shipping and delivery

Standard delivery times are 2 to 3 weeksfrom payment of the proforma invoice. The time is extended in times of holidays and vacations (Czech and Italian). Each order is ordered individually.
