Have a nice day! :)
One of the wettest backpacks in our range. When the back padding is removed, the pack itself weighs only 0.65 kg. And if you do without the rain cover, we get down to half a kilo! This saving is achieved mainly by leaving out everything you can do without, so no zippered pockets on the front or sides of the pack, just stretch mesh pockets and a simple compression strap system. In short, what I don't have, I don't need :)
For small things like phone, keys, wallet, or even underwear, the pocket on the back of the lid of the backpack is completely sufficient. With the overall size of the pack, it didn't make sense to split it in two, so the Fly 30 doesn't have a bottom entry.
There is a small pocket on the bottom labeled Raincover. A rain cover for the backpack comes in handy sometimes. A little higher up we find a loop for trekking poles and two stretch mesh pockets on the sides of the pack, ideal for a water bottle. These pockets also house the buckles of the side drawstring straps, which pull the profile of the pack down with a single strap on each side to ensure that nothing falls out when it's not fully filled. There are holes in the mesh pockets where the loose ends of the straps pass through when they need to be tightened.
The top of the backpack has a buckle lid. On the top of the lid, there are four loops for attaching additional equipment. Below that is the main compartment with two drawstring closures, which again contains the well-known water bag pocket and access to the removable back reinforcement.
