Rab's lightest insulated jacket. The jacket is from the top of the line Mythic range and uses premium materials.

The Mythic Alpine Light jacket is developed in an ultra-lightweight construction due to the insulation mapped to the body. Down-filled baffles are concentrated around the core, while stretchy synthetic insulation on the sides, cuffs, shoulders and base of the hood breathes and wicks moisture away effectively.

Using only the finest 900 cuin goose down and PrimaLoft® Gold hollow fiber, this jacket is incredibly warm even for its mule weight. Of course, the feathers are hydrophobically treated by Nikwax.

Plus, the jacket has minimal bulk and to keep the weight to a minimum, they used an ultra-light 10D nylon that is 100% recycled. This Pertex® Quantum fabric with built-in ripstop is strong, durable, protects against the weather and is soft to the touch.

The fit is Fit slim, the jacket is fitted but also suitable for wider hips. There is a drawcord at the hem. The jacket has curved sleeves and a new sleeve cut that allows unrestricted movement, for example, even when climbing. There are two pockets with micro zippers on the sides.

The result is a lightweight, robust and packable insulating jacket for all winter mountain adventures, from mixed climbing and alpinism to ski mountaineering and mountaineering.
