An outer cuff made of Schoeller Soft Shell material and rubber lining around the entire circumference protect the boots from mechanical damage and moisture from the outside. This is also prevented by Gore-Tex membrane. Underneath the cuff, closed with a waterproof YKK zipper, lies a quick-lacing systemthat can be tightened with gloves on. Underneath, a Vibram sole with Mont compound for a perfect grip even in freezing conditions.
