The updated 2022 model of the very popular, ultra-lightweight shorts from the running collection.

Rab takes its commitment to the environment seriously and has already this year introduced a range of products made from recycled materials that help it meet its commitment to being a climate neutral company.

So the main change with the Rab Momentum Shorts 2022 is the innovation of the very lightweight, functional and proven Matrix™ material, which now has a fluorocarbon-free DWR water repellent treatment. You may know this material (85% polyamide, 15% elastane) from the popular Rab Borealis jacket.

TheMatrix is a two-way stretch (it doesn't restrict any movement), is quick-drying and has the aforementioned coated, water-repellent DWR finish that will easily keep out light rain. Of course, the material will get wet in prolonged rain, but thanks to its lightness and high breathability, it also dries very quickly.

The shorts have an elasticated waistband with integrated drawstring and will delight with 2 side pockets with internal mesh. The back zipper pocket (ideal for phone, gels, keys) is shifted more to the right compared to its predecessor, see photo in the gallery.

Rab also thought of technical details in the form of reflective safety features.

The model measures 183 cm and is wearing size M.
