Trail shoes made for running in natural terrain. They are suitable for shorter distances up to 10 km, training and shorter races and fast adventures on running tracks and trails.

TheAltra Superior 5 offers lightness and great grip thanks to the MaxTrac outsole. MaxTrac is a tried and tested pattern with multi-directional lugs for grippy traction. The rounded heel section of the grippy tread allows for traction and rebound on any terrain.

Theenhanced, more durableupper is more breathable and wicks away sweat superbly. The Quantic midsole provides ideal response, responsiveness and also lightness. The exceptional StoneGuard insole protects your feet against rocky terrain.

The Superior 5 is halfway between a form-fitting and a wide fit. It has low cushioning, maximum contact with the surface and allows for high speed.
